Service Description
Our French Mastery Program is designed for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 who want to improve their French skills, whether they’re just starting or aiming for top grades. This course focuses on all core areas: reading, writing, speaking, and listening, aligned with the Alberta curriculum. Students will receive personalized support with homework, exam preparation, and language development through interactive lessons, conversation practice, and engaging activities. We help students build strong grammar foundations, expand vocabulary, and gain confidence in real-life communication. Perfect for French Immersion, Core French, or beginners looking to get ahead. 1-on-1 Sessions: $40/hour Small Group (2–4 students): $20–$30/hour per student Monthly Packages (recommended): $120–$300 depending on frequency
Cancellation Policy
📄 Terms & Conditions: Individual and Group Sessions By booking our tutoring session through the website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Scheduling - All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by direct communication with our team. - Sessions are confirmed once payment has been received (unless otherwise arranged). - Clients are responsible for booking sessions in the correct time zone (MDT-Calgary, AB) and providing accurate contact details. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 3 hours' notice. - Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the session will be charged in full. - No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable and will be counted as a completed session. - If a tutor cancels a session with less than 3 hours' notice, the client may choose between: ~ A full refund ~ A credit ~ Or rescheduling the session, based on availability. Please contact our support team if you have any questions. 3. Refund Policy - Single sessions are non-refundable once completed. - If a session is cancelled with at least 3 hours' notice, a full refund or credit may be issued upon request. - Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days of the request. - No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. Exceptions for verified emergencies or medical reasons may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 4. Group Sessions & Programs - A group session requires at least 3 participants to proceed. - If fewer than 3 clients are enrolled, the session will be rescheduled, and all participants will be notified by our team at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. - If a session does not meet the minimum enrollment and must be rescheduled, clients will have the option to: ~ Reschedule to the next available group date ~ Receive a full refund ~ Receive a credit for future use ~ Upgrade to a private 1-on-1 session by paying the price difference - Group sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. - Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the session to be eligible for a refund or credit. - No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. 5. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue tutoring services at any time for any reason, including (but not limited to) disrespectful conduct, policy violations, or inappropriate behavior toward staff.
