The IB Academic Excellence Program is a comprehensive tutoring course designed for students enrolled in IB Mathematics, Biology, and English (HL). This program provides personalized, high-quality support to help students excel in all core areas of the IB curriculum. We focus on building deep understanding, strong analytical thinking, and exam confidence through structured, one-on-one or small group sessions. Students receive targeted help with: Mathematics: Problem-solving, calculus, functions, and exam techniques Biology: Core concepts, data analysis, and effective memorization strategies English: Essay writing, literary analysis, and oral assessments (IO) In addition, we provide guidance on Internal Assessments (IA), exam preparation, and time management strategies to maximize final IB scores. Every session is tailored to the student’s level, goals, and deadlines, ensuring efficient and measurable progress. This program is ideal for students aiming for 6s and 7s, improving predicted grades, or preparing for final IB exams. Full IB Prep Packages (IA + Exams): $400–$1200

📄 Terms & Conditions: Individual and Group Sessions By booking our tutoring session through the website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Scheduling - All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by direct communication with our team. - Sessions are confirmed once payment has been received (unless otherwise arranged). - Clients are responsible for booking sessions in the correct time zone (MDT-Calgary, AB) and providing accurate contact details. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 3 hours' notice. - Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the session will be charged in full. - No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable and will be counted as a completed session. - If a tutor cancels a session with less than 3 hours' notice, the client may choose between: ~ A full refund ~ A credit ~ Or rescheduling the session, based on availability. Please contact our support team if you have any questions. 3. Refund Policy - Single sessions are non-refundable once completed. - If a session is cancelled with at least 3 hours' notice, a full refund or credit may be issued upon request. - Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days of the request. - No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. Exceptions for verified emergencies or medical reasons may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 4. Group Sessions & Programs - A group session requires at least 3 participants to proceed. - If fewer than 3 clients are enrolled, the session will be rescheduled, and all participants will be notified by our team at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. - If a session does not meet the minimum enrollment and must be rescheduled, clients will have the option to: ~ Reschedule to the next available group date ~ Receive a full refund ~ Receive a credit for future use ~ Upgrade to a private 1-on-1 session by paying the price difference - Group sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. - Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the session to be eligible for a refund or credit. - No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. 5. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue tutoring services at any time for any reason, including (but not limited to) disrespectful conduct, policy violations, or inappropriate behavior toward staff.
